Helping Earth to Become More Pleasant and Peaceful

Here are some ideas that I have been thinking about recently. These ideas might seem a bit random in how they are presented. However, they are all interconnected, to greater and lesser degrees.

Air pollution ends lots of lives. We need to have cleaner air here on Earth.

We need to hasten the defeat of aging. Aging ends about 100,000 lives each day. This ends up being about 36,000,000 lives per year.

Read the book Ending Aging by Aubrey de Grey and Michael Rae. Read books that psychiatrist Thomas Szasz wrote.

There are many ways that we can help Earth to become a better place to live. Defeating aging, polluting less, and not using psychiatric force and coercion on individuals are all ways we can help Earth to become a better place to live. There needs to be more peace on Earth. Read The Art of Peace by Morihei Ueshiba.

Self driving cars may help to reduce that amount of traffic fatalities that happen. Technology can benefit all of humanity.

More alternatives to mainstream social media sites should be created. Social media sites should have revenue sharing built into them. More individuals should consider not using social media sites that do not share revenues with original content creators/users.

Extrasolar planet colonization should occur as soon as possible. Asteroid mining should happen as soon as possible too. We should attempt to accelerate the development of positive and beneficial technologies as much as possible. There could be an infinite number of potentially habitable exoplanets that exist.

All nations should be democratic. All adults should participate in democracy if possible. More individuals should know about jury nullification. Additionally, more researchers should study the idea of a universal basic income.

All businesses should be ethical. All businesses should incorporate as Benefit Corporations if possible.

All cities should at least offer shelter beds to homeless individuals. Camping should not be illegal if there are not enough shelter beds for homeless individuals.

What is presented here might seem like a somewhat random collection of thoughts and ideas. However, they really are all interconnected. Thank you for reading about and thinking about these ideas. Cheers.
